As a coach & learning guide, Kim empowers clients to dig deeper when they are ready to get to the heart of what’s holding them back so they can bring their vision to life. 

Kim delivers holistic coaching and learning experiences for people who are ready to regenerate their life, business, or landscape. Kim facilitates reinvention using living systems inspired, regenerative design processes.  Empowering you to break out of information overwhelm and confidently take action as you grow and navigate transition and change in your life, business & landscape. 

Kim’s work is informed by over 30 years of experience working with agricultural businesses navigating processes of change and transition in a wide range of contexts including farming, rural financial counselling, whole farm planning and soil health restoration. 

Kim’s work is grounded through 19 years of soil restoration and biodynamic food growing on land she and her husband Angus are custodians of in the northern tablelands of NSW.  This has been both an inward journey of personal growth, intertwined with ecological restoration of the land.  

Kim is inspired by nature and motivated by the benefits she has gained choosing to learn and grow through finding the opportunities for reinvention within her own challenges, transitions, and changes.

Kim is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Associate Certified Coach and is dedicated to offering our clients the highest quality professional coaching.
