Join us for an immersive half day executive experience guided by Kim Deans, Kim is a Holistic Agricultural Practitioner and ICF certified coach with over 30 years’ experience in agriculture, including two decades of soil restoration and biodynamic food growing in the Northern Tablelands of NSW.
Through her holistic, agroecological lens, Kim will walk you through the foundations of successful soil health programs and guide you in a process she uses with clients to prioritise high impact actions tailored to your unique farm context. This session is designed to empower you with a practical process for developing a soil health program that optimises the use of your time, energy and resources. You will gain insights into how to build the foundations for successful soil health transitions and embed long term soil health strategy in your decision making and business culture.
