Kim Deans has coached more than 150 farming businesses since she began her coaching practice in 2019 and is dedicated to providing quality, ethical & professional coaching. Kim’s coaching is built on a foundation of 35 years of professional and practical experience in agriculture working closely with hundreds of agricultural businesses navigating processes of change. Kim combines this with qualifications that include a Master of Agriculture, a Diploma of Leadership, Coaching and Mentoring and fulfilment of the requirements of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Associate Certified Coach credential.
The reinvention process has been a recurring theme in Kim’s personal life and in her career in agriculture. Kim has experienced the benefits from choosing to learn and grow personally and professionally through finding the opportunities within the challenges she has experienced.
